East Orange Man Stole $1200 Worth Of Items From Vehicle: Bayonne PD

A 39-year-old East Orange man was arrested and charged on the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec. 18, with stealing $1200 in items from a vehicle in Bayonne, authorities said.

At 12:03 p.m., Sean Rouse was arrested after officers responded to a report of a suspicious man, Bayonne police said. Rouse took numerous work tools and personal items from a vehicle on Thursday, Dec. 17, police said.

Rouse was charged with burglary and released on a summons, police said
